What is online coaching? 

Online coaching is essentially like having your very own coach in your pocket all under the roof of a free downloadable app. 

What is included? 

You receive a detailed consultation, tailored nutrition plan, macro guide, a choice of weekly, bi-weekly or monthly check ins on various plan options, habit tracker, fitness goals, tailored training plan and cardio split that progresses with you, exercise form and technique checks, regular change of program, 24/7 support and communication via WhatsApp and no contract!

Which service is best for you? 

WEEKLY CHECK INS - If your key focus is to lose weight/fat then I would recommend the weekly check in option. This is because we will review your nutrition in much more detail and be able to make adaptations weekly. 

BI-WEEKLY CHECK INS - If your goal is to gain weight/muscle, bi-weekly check ins will be ideal for you as you will be in a calorie surplus. We just need to focus on getting that food in!

MONTHLY CHECK INS - If you do not necessarily have a goal of losing/gaining weight, and you simply just want to maintain a healthy lifestyle and gain an education of how to properly fuel your body and train correctly, this is the ideal option for you!
